RETURN & EXCHANGE
All made-to-order orders placed before 1:00pm GMT should start being treated the same day. Depending on the making time, the order should be shipped out within a maximum of 3 weeks.

All ready-to-ship orders placed before 1:00pm GMT will be shipped out within 48 hours.
If your order is placed after 1:00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

France Chronopost (1-3 business days) : 6€
Europe Chronopost (1-5 business days) : 14€
International Chronopost (1-5 business days) : 20€

TAXES AND DUTIES

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by your local customs authority. Any refused international order will be refunded upon receipt, withholding the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for custom delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must contact us prior to returning an item so that we can find the most accommodating solution. Send us an email to let us know the reasons why you are not satisfied with your item(s), and indicate if you would like a refund, an exchange, or store credit.
Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition (with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed) and in the same package to ensure their protection.

If you would like to exchange your item for another one, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for your original item in accordance with our usual return policy. To make the transaction easier, you might be provided with a voucher code to use at checkout on your new order.

Returns that don't meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

However, any tailor-made/customized item is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned and refunded.
